BOOKINGS

It is always good decision to book your safari at least three to four months in advance, but in order to obtain the best selection of accommodations and locations, your trip should be booked as far in advance as possible.

In the event that you make a booking with us either late or after arriving in Tanzania, we will venture to carry out your requests but you should understand the difficulties of late bookings provided that we link with other companies’ concerning accommodation, transport or safari guides, it’s merely non-challenging to reach them without a reasonable notice.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELATIONS

For a reservation to be held on any itinerary, a deposit of 30% per person per itinerary is required. The balances of payments are due 60 days prior to arrival in Tanzania, both deposit and balance of payment are payable directly to our company bank account.

It is always good decision to book your safari at least three to four months in advance, but in order to obtain the best selection of accommodations and locations, your trip should be booked as far in advance as possible.

After the itinerary is confirmed, the client is permitted free of administration charges ONE set of amendments, though will be liable for any added cost this may add to the tour, including airline charges, hotels etc. Any further amendments, which are in sighted by the client, will incur an extra charge of US$40.

You may cancel your holiday at any time provided you notify the company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:

120 days or more 40% off the payment

119 – 81 days 60% off the payment

80 – 29 days 80% off the payment

28 days and below or No Show 100% of Tour Cost

THE GREAT WILDEBEEST MIGRATION

The Great Migration from Tanzania (Serengeti National Park) to Kenya (Maasai Mara) and back each year is the largest overland wildlife migration in the world comprising of more than 2 million wildebeest 250,000 zebras and around 400,000 gazelles seasonally as the herds searching for lush grazing grounds and life-giving water in the Serengeti Ecosystem. It is a cycle epic journey from north to south.

Grazers are followed by lions and other predators in their thousands, and waited patiently by crocodiles in the Masai Mara River (when crossing to Kenya) and Grumeti River (when crossing back to Tanzania)

The best time to visit is during the dry season from May to October this is the time where the famous river migration occurs.

POWER AND NETWORK CONNECTIONS

It is mostly available through the game drive but at some areas it’s quite a challenge although at the camps and hotels for accommodation network is available.

Tanzania by using the standard G or D type 230 volt 50Hz power outlets (same as UK plug adapter), please note that Type G wall outlets will be normally used by most Tanzanians

Carrying a power bank is not a bad idea either, although our 4*4 land cruiser offer the plugins for charging your electrical essentials.
